Our standard delivery service is second class packet or letter post using the Royal Mail 48 service which aims to deliver the majority of items within two working days, with a small minority within three working days.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery is provided by our nominated carrier UKmail at a cost of £5.95 per order (incl. VAT), excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands.
A tracking number will be provided by the carrier and a signature on receipt will be required for all shipments sent Next Day delivery.
For Next Day delivery orders must be received prior to 11:00 am but exclude the following products: art and craft, embossing seal presses, pre-inked stamps, name badges, signs, nameplates, personalised mugs, coasters, pet tags, wine boxes. Next day delivery can be provided but only after manufacture has been completed.
Saturday deliveries or guaranteed AM deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge, so please contact us on tel. no. +44 1234 866136: (during normal office hours) prior to placing your order (product exclusions as above apply).
Next Day Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands can be provided by our nominated carrier (UKmail) at a cost of £9.95 per order (incl. VAT).
Delivery costs will be added to the value of the products in the basket and will be visible in your shopping basket. When you add an item to the list, the delivery costs automatically change depending on the value and you will see the total value of your order before finalizing it.
What are the order deadlines for next day delivery?
If we receive your confirmed order before 11:00 am your product(s) will be manufactured and shipped the same day – Next Day/Carrier (tracked) delivery can be provided after manufacture and picking has been completed).
Delivery of your order will be dependent on the service selected, generally 24 to 48 hours after despatch. We cannot guarantee any deliveries will be made on a Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be treated as if received on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
What service provides delivery?
UK Mail is our partner for fast and secure delivery. (requires signature). With UK Mail, the normal delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment (although we reserve the right to vary our choice of delivery service provider). With UK Mail we will send you the tracking number by e-mail and you can track the package on their website up to the point of delivery.

How many do I need to order?
You want only one stamp? We specialise in producing one-off stamps, to order, to your very own design. Just click ‘personalise’ and go to the design wizard to design your very own custom stamp.
Are there any discounts when ordering in larger quantities?
If you are ordering in large quantities (more than 10 of the same personalised stamp design), please contact us by email at [email protected] so we can prepare a personalised quote for you. We are also specialists in producing large volumes of personalised stamps, all with different designs or all the same.
What file formats are supported?
You can send us the following file formats: pdf, eps, jpg, tif (400 dpi min.) .
The year bands of my stamp dater are outdated, what can I do?
It will be necessary to purchase a new stamp. Most of our self-inking rubber date stamps are supplied with 12 years of dates on the bands.
I have just moved house and my address has changed, do I need to order a new stamp?
Yes simply order a new stamp with your new address. In certain circumstances we could supply a new text plate only however we recommend ordering a new stamp.
Can Word or Excel files be sent?
If you have this type of file available, please send them by email to [email protected] and we will send you a quote and a proof. Alternatively if the image you have does not require any resizing simply upload it in the design wizard.
Have you identified a text error in your delivery?
If you have ordered your stamp online using our design wizard we will supply you with the the text exactly as you have entered it, however if you notice a mistake do not hesitate to write us a short email with your order number and the reason for your claim to [email protected] We will identify the source of the error and find a suitable solution (we reserve the right to charge for a new stamp in the event of errors not of our making).
Have you ordered the wrong product?
If it is a stock product, you can return it within 14 days.The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised
How can I pay?
You can choose your payment method on the web site upon check out: PayPal, Credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer(SOFORT Banking).

Do I have to reverse the image of my impression?
No, send us your image/impression file non-inverted.
